Product Testing And Verification

Product testing process:

Unit test, integration test, SDV test (interface test, function verification, single board SI verification, environmental reliability verification), SIT test (performance verification, compatibility, reliability verification, environmental reliability identification test), SVT test (system test, yoghurt application simulation test, certification test, BETA test).

●Product test range:

Function test, performance test, fault tolerance/capacity test, graph related display effect test, Beta test, environment test (high and low temperature cycle\shock\storage, high temperature and high humidity, vibration test, transportation test).

Product Reliability Design And Testing

●Reliability prediction (MTBF), derating design, thermal design (simulation) and testing, dust test, noise test, safety test (withstand voltage, leakage current, ground resistance), EMC test (ESD).

Purchase Quality:


Supplier Management

The company has established a supplier management committee, and the general manager of the company assumes the responsibility of the chairman of the committee. A complete supplier management system has been established from supplier development application, factory audit, access, sample identification, small batch trial, qualified supplier evaluation, supplier annual performance rating, etc. It aims to support and nurture suppliers, allow them to participate in the development of new products early, establish a stable and reliable relationship of mutual trust with suppliers, and consciously introduce supplier competition mechanisms.

Incoming Material Quality Control

The company’s quality department has 3 IQCs and 2 SQEs full-time responsible for incoming material quality control and daily supplier management. Manage the entire life cycle of materials from all dimensions of material design and selection, incoming materials, manufacturing process, and after-sales. SQE follows up the supplier's incoming material bad analysis and 8D report compilation, regularly conducts public supplier quality audits, supervises and assists the supplier to jointly improve the incoming quality.


Process Quality:


The quality department sets up 2 IPQCs to be responsible for the production process inspection and 2 OQCs to be responsible for the final inspection of the products. The production workshop implements self-inspection, mutual inspection, special inspection and first article inspection system. Semi-finished product inspection, finished product inspection and first inspection personnel are respectively set up, and the quality department IPQC is responsible for the final confirmation of the first inspection.

Process site management discovers the problems of "people, machines, materials, methods, environment, and trust" from the subtle points, discovers problems from the usual processes, systems, and management blind spots, discovers hidden dangers, implements the PDCA, 5WIH methods and carries out improvement consistently.

The process management implements 6S management, and strives to move towards the "eight zero factory" with "zero loss, zero defects, zero waste, zero failures, zero accidents, zero complaints, zero absenteeism, and zero product switching time".

The company comprehensively promotes the QC team management system and incentive mechanism, fully mobilizes the enthusiasm of employees, so as to achieve full participation from top to bottom, and truly implement the concept of "quality first".


Service quality:


The company's after-sales service commitment is as follows:

The whole machine category starts from the date when the product leaves the factory, and the system category starts from the date when the project is accepted.

A. Free warranty for the whole product for 1 year;

B. Free maintenance for system engineering for 1 year;

C. The products sold can be replaced within three months if they have quality problems;

D. All products are responsible for lifelong maintenance;

E. Provide free testing services for products sent to the company by customers;

F. Provide customers with 24-hour free telephone technical support services;

G. Free software upgrade service during the warranty period;

The company’s headquarters has 2 after-sales maintenance departments in different industries. According to product sales and customer distribution, 4 maintenance points and 6 offices have been set up nationwide. About 30 people involved in relevant after-sales service. Fully meet customer’s service needs.

Two DQAs in the quality department are responsible for tracking and managing product market issues, regularly organizing meetings, tracking the progress of related issues, and responding to the market in time to meet customer’s needs.

The company implements a new product return joint analysis system. For new products returned from the market, there is an after-sales maintenance department is responsible for organizing research and development, structure, process, production, quality and other related personnel to conduct joint analysis of the returned machine problems, and discover potential product problems in time, upgrade and improve in time, continuously improve the customer satisfaction of product.
